Been here a few years ago when my wife and I were traveling from Denver. It was a good deal then not now. It's $15 and if you are unfamiliar with the parking fees in Seattle which are $3.40 per hour with a 2 hour max your going to have to get the "all day" pass. (details are on the web site). Since I've been there before I did not look at the web site info. When I inquired about the parking situation at the counter all they said is they have no idea about if cars could stay in the same spot for longer than 2 hours, so I got the $15 entry thinking they would surely let me drop a few bucks in the meter if it got low. Nope, the boy at the counter made me pay the in and out fee even though my car was 20 feet from the front door. They need to be straight up at the counter about even going to put money in for parking. Since we are both pretty good at pinball even at $40 for two people for two hours of pinball a game about every 10 min, we ended up with $1.25 per game, hardly a deal. Luckily our area now has multiple pinball parlors, we won't be back.

Thank you for taking time to offer your opinion. We consistently advise EVERY VISITOR the entry options (single entry or all day pass) before we collect ANY admission fees. We make it crystal clear that going out to pay more on parking meters, smoke, or get food all REQUIRES ALL DAY PASS option. WE ARE STRAIGHT UP on advising this. Additionally, only 1 person would have needed the all day pass to re-up the parking meter in your case. We find it disturbing you choose to use a derogatory term like "boy" to describe our employee who happens to be 26 years old. An apology is in order here. The venue offers 50 plus pinball machines to play for the admission fee. If thats not a good deal, we suggest you spend your pinball funds where you deem appropriate.

It is a pretty good place to have fun playing pinball! Some ADVANCE NOTICE AND ADVICE:If you have ALL DAY and are bored, bring some lunch and come here early when they open to play pinball ALL DAY for a fair price till close...BUT,if you don't have all day and have stuff to do,I wouldn't recommend them for a quick play, plan your whole day,for hours on end at this place for maximum value IN ADVANCE to make the $13 worth it! the tables are OK and the gigantic Hercules pool ball pinball game right on the left is great and it works! The virtual pinball table and the Metallica table is my favorite...however, the place is small and cramped and the upstairs is too,I wish their were a bigger place with much more games...anyway,great place to spend the whole day at playing pinball!

This is the most magical place I have ever been! A shining gem in Seattle. A national treasure. Definitely a must!!! Loads of pinball tables, friendly staff, great merch, and cold beer. What else could you want?! Amazing! Can't wait to go back!! Two flippers up!!!!

The obvious love of the game and the genuine caring for young people is evident among the owners. My daughter went for a field trip with school, and we returned because of her interest, to purchase a memento pinball. The owner not only gifted her the souvenir, but let her play a special game and show me around on our brief return. Joy abounded -- not once, but TWICE in a week by coming to this special place.

Julie, Thank you for bringing your daughter back. We love it when pinball makes an impact on kids, see you soon!

$13 for unlimited games requires you to spend some time there to get your money's worth. They have an in-n-out pass for an additional $5 that allows you to leave the museum and come back later to play more games on the same day. After my girlfriend and I had been at the museum for several hours she wanted to step outside to have a brief cigarette, at which point she was informed that she would have to upgrade to the extra $5 in and out pass just to be able to walk out the door for a moment and have a smoke. Additionally, all of their beer is stale, old and overpriced. I would much rather pay $0.50 a game to go to an establishment that actually treats their customers well, rather than going somewhere where they seem to think that your attendance is a privilege. Flip flip, John John's and addaball all deserve your business far more than this place.

Thanks for your comments. ALL visitors are informed and aware of the in and out policy and charges upon entering the venue. We are sorry you don't like our policy but ALL visitors are informed before they pay the admission fee. We don't have stale beer, never had, never will. Our beverage prices are fair and we have even had some visitors tell us they are below what other "arcades and local, pinball places" charge. ALL of our visitors are treated with courtesy and respect so we are flabbergasted you feel you were treated poorly. Access to over 50 pinball and video games for a mere 13$ unlimited play is a screaming deal as stated by other visitors. :)

Fun museum with decades and decades of pinball. It's a very loud experience though. Really nice folks who run the place!
