I am most excited about getting married this Spring!! We're getting married in my fiance's parents backyard. Lots of flowers, greenery and super intimate. I am sure it is going to be the best day of my life... so far. ;-)

Introduction
Living in Dallas and loving life!

I love going out to new restaurants, spending time with my friends and traveling. Music is a huge passion in my life. I try to fit in performing, teaching and listening to live music anytime I can.  I'm also a die hard Texas Rangers fan. I hope to visit as many PGA golf tournaments as I can in my lifetime.

Horrible experience. I purchased the living social deal for 2 Versa Spa spray tans. On Saturday, May 19 I came in, greeted by the "owner" Tom (who proudly told me he was 23) and presented my coupon. He then walked me back to the Versa. 1st off, it malfunctions - the system doesn't start - and 2nd while I tan the FIRST time it runs out of solution! I have to get dressed, he has to change the solution and I have to try again. 30 minutes later I'm finally done. Well, time to use that second tan on Wednesday May 23, I go at 9:30. No one to greet me but the sound of a wet/dry vac. I finally go back the Versa Spa room to see Tom cleaning. I say "hello, can I Versa please?" he replies "oh sorry, we close it down at 9:15." I reply, "Um, your store is open until 10pm! No where on the website does it inform customers and when I signed up with my deal WITH YOU, it was not clearly explained to me about this policy". I then I add, "AND it's only 9:30, I have prepped to tan and I would like to Versa please." He said "sorry, it takes 45 minutes to clean." What? Are you serious? I say "well, I signed up with you last Saturday and I was never told about this policy." He says "No I tell everyone." I ask "Are you calling me a liar?" He said, "don't put me in that position, let's see who signed you up." Once we get back to the front of the store, he sees that indeed it was a just a couple days ago that I signed up with him. He asked "can you come back tomorrow morning, I'm really tired and I've been here since 9am." I said "No, I have to work and you being here since 9am is not my issue, being here and not being in the Versa spa is my issue." He then got very intense and said "I will be right back, I'm going to the ATM to refund your money." As he walks away, I ask "who is the owner?" He says, "Hi I'm Tom" with a snarky smile "I'm the owner". Excellent. While I wait, a young lady comes in and waits for him to return. He slams $20 on the counter and I say "please give me a cancellation form to sign as I am not very trusting of your business." While I fill the form out, the young girl tells him who she is while he looks her up. He says, "oh you're too late, the Versa closed at 9:15." She exclaims, "No, you don't close until 10pm and you never told me that when I signed up." Ah... bittersweet to my ears. What karma. I hand the form back and while I exit I say, "I need you to know that I am extremely disappointed." He replies with "I don't really care." Terrible customer service and clearly doesn't care about his business. Shame on you, Tom.
