Announcing the Retirement of CD Owens, Esq.

After 68 years of amazing dedication and service as a top notch, first class litigator, CD has decided it is time for a new adventure and he will no longer be practicing law.

CD was first admitted to the practice of law on March 15, 1949 and he retired from the practice effective July 13, 2017. After such an amazing and wonderful career, the legal community will never be the same without him.

CD started the firm in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1967 and this year the firm celebrated its' 50th Anniversary. It was a milestone and significant achievement, of which he was very proud.

CD's years of knowledge and leadership both in and out of the courtroom have made a remarkable impact on the lives of all of those he touched. He is well respected by the judges and lawyers and absolutely loved by his clients.

All of us at the firm just want to say THANK YOU, CD, for your commitment and dedication over the years to your clients, fellow lawyers, judges, employees and most importantly to your family and friends!!!

They certainly broke the mold after they made you. There will truly never be another like you or one that can even come close. Again, THANK YOU, CD, for allowing all of us here at Owens & Perkins the great privilege of working with and knowing you.
