Google Plus - Global versus local pages - What would you advice?
Is having a global Google+ page the way to go for large brands?
In practice, this means the global Google Plus page focuses on content from around the world, corporate initiatives and maybe under Profile allows users to find their local country page with a link to it on Google+.
Brand name is the global Google Plus page while, e.g., BrandCH is the local page.
This way, global community management is based on serving clients or Google Plus followers from around the globe.
Your local pages are then filled with locally relevant and interesting stuff and possibly some content from the global page.
As a result, community management is run locally, engaging local fans.
What is your opinion? Can you share, advice? Thanks
