Dr K's approach really works. He has helped me to lose 2 stone in weight, and to successfully maintain in the long-term a total weight loss of 7 stone. Dr K's writing on weight loss is clear and easy to follow in practice. His books are a great way to get an understanding of this behavioural approach. It addresses habits and thinking related to food and eating. Making small changes adds up to have a big impact. The best way to be successful is to work with Dr K on a 1:1 basis. He tailors his advice to the individual with reviews of the past week and advance planning for future challenges/issues. I have learned an enormous amount and have been able to successfully manage situations that used to be a huge challenge. With Dr K's help I have transformed my thinking and food-related behaviours. In addition to losing weight, I have become a better and happier version of myself!

Dr. K has great info! It is so true that dieting doesn't work! I have done my share of it and never kept off the weight! Like he says small behavior changes over time will make such a difference!
