I think they are developing a gadget that mimics earths negative charge grounding. I think solar flares are positive charge and this would cancel it. I saw it on our local news.
 I also think with our shrinking ozone layer and all our millions of cell towers, solar flares could some day destroy our power on the planet, just imagining what might happen.
