Hi Lindy, you are absolutely correct about the $49 dispatch fee. That is standard practice, and it was included in the overall price, which was actually discounted by more than $150. As to the work that was performed, we were asked to come out to the home and give an estimate on resolving the issue you were having regarding low water pressure to the home, as well as inspect the home to ensure that there are no other plumbing related issues. The technician actually resolved the issue of low cold water pressure to ensure that when you are ready to move into your home you will have adequate flow. After inspecting the home, as you requested, the only other issue he found was the hot water flow is low due to the hot water heater being clogged by sediment. It's unfortunate you are displeased with the price, but we feel it is fair when we take into consideration the nearly 3 hours the technician was on-site, as recorded by GPS, the work that was performed, and the fact that no one voiced a complaint to the technician about being over-priced when the bill was presented to your husband.
