South Africa has a new generation of fantastic playwrights and back in June Gateway for Africa invited 6 of these playwrights to discuss South African theatre as it is now, and how much has changed in the country. Held at the Royal Court Theatre the award-winning playwright Dipo Agboluaje was in conversation with the writers as they discussed their work, the Royal Court Theatre's international programme and what has changed for writers under a new South Africa. Censorship may still be alive and well in the country. http://ow.ly/Bk3Ar

We have seven surprising things that we found from the Ernst and Young's annual Africa Attractiveness survey. The survey studies the appeal of Africa as an investment destination by analysing the reality and perception of foreign direct investment (FDI) within the continent. You can also download this years survey to discover the rest of the reports findings. http://ow.ly/Bk1zE
