This hotel gave me and my friends an extremly delicious cookie! One of The hotel staff called zhou was really nice, but other staffs were not nice to their guests. Shuttle service was kind of expensive.

When we arrived my family had a very warm greeting. The staff was great, then they dropped the ball. We did not get picked up at the bus stop by the free shuttle when we returned from NYC. I had to walk back from the G.W. bridge bus stop with my family on the sidewalk next to a major highway. We had to walk up one ramp to cross a bridge to walk down the highway. I was told the driver did not see us, when I called back I was told that there were no available drivers. The breakfast buffet was greatly over priced for what is offered. The best thing about breakfast was the service. I will not be going back even if it is free.

Poor service, average to below average quality, over priced for quality. Works in a pinch but will never eat here again by choice. Bar prices are as much ad the food. Not recommended.

The hotel is located literally off of the highway, you cannot get to the hotel; without, getting on the highway heading towards New York City. Be very careful not to miss the hotel & end up driving to NYC, only to drive back to NJ & try again! I really wish someone would of said this in the customer reviews. Checking in was a breeze, I was greeted (literally with warm cookies and a smile)! Extremely welcoming, and that made the crazy location all that much worth it! The room was o.k, but at times felt like a haunted hotel (really weird, couldn't put a finger on it)? hallways somewhat dark & the room bed post was kind of old fashion & made me feel like I was staying at an old persons house- nothing like the Marriott or better hotel. The bed was cozy, sheets was clean, carpet felt grimy, but appeared vacummed well! I must say, it took me literally an hour to get to the hotel, because I had to go through Leonia, to get back on route 4 heading towards NYC just to get to the hotel. The hotel location was so inconvenient, they were times, I wanted to run in there & ask for my money back, or cancel the rest of my stay. The cable had lots of static, and they really should invest in satellite, because standard cable is a bit low budget! The restaurant, was a complete front, because no one was eating while sitting at the table,go figure the price was insanely high, and the menu was a complete joke. I honestly, wanted to eat at the restaurant, but after seeing the prices and the menu, I wanted to go to the chinese restaurant, but thinking about getting back on route 4 was enough to knock me off my feet & send me to bed hungry. As I said, the hotel was acceptable, had better, friendly service, so I may do this again! The staff was excellent, and I really appreciate their warmth & security, me and my baby enjoyed our stay, and had great rest at the Double Tree Love You Guys in Fort Lee New Jersey!
