Everything I could possibly say has already been covered by the good folks who've commented before me, but seriously, the problem isn't that you blanketly ripped off the idea from CinemaSins. It's also that your sins aren't funny, take too long to get there (your Last of Us video had that first sin go for a good minute of intro cutscene before you got to either explaining the sin or just making the counter ding), and your videos are just boring. It's not just the use of an existing idea, it's the poor, pathetic bastardisation of that idea in your narrow-minded concept of how you translate it.

Also, someone earlier made a point about insulting your audience; CinemaSins insults audiences as a joke (for e.g., their "The Notebook" video had the Audible ad at the end which called anyone who paused the ad as being a whiny idiot or something) and very, very rarely even that. Saying that your viewers are butt-hurt, using insulting tones to convey the supposed group attitude of your audience and just being generally derogatory ain't gonna win you many friends here. If you want to keep those 2000 subscribers you're so pleased about securing, maybe try not lumping them in with your perceived targets of hate?

Finally, there's a different between "inspiration" and "plagiarism". Read a freakin' dictionary.
