Dear all.
I was a previous employee of Marg Ltd. May be u all are know about the company it is an infra, housing, port and much more. it is an no . 1 who launched township around 700 acres near by Pondicherry namely cheiyur. One the beginning when the company started with only 8 employee’s .but today it has more than 1500 employees till date. All the project of that it launched was only failure only because on that company all funds are to diverted to Swiss account because more than 500 crores was get an loan from all nationalized banks and also get from LIC Housing Financing also.
And also 2g scam money also diverted on the that township project on the township more than 7 projects on daily basis one new project was launched on that the projects only completed navratna phase one only but even first stone was for other project but flat booked up to 8floor and loan get for 5 floor to complete the project .
Till now lot of outstanding payments to vendors , not even giving proper salary to employees . they are using the fund which was get the loan from all nationalized banks and it was not used for the project it was used for other purpose like launching the new project on weekly basis. They don’t pay the money for using the Ms-Office to Microsoft and they using the have six user id and it was using for 250 employees. So finally don’t buy any flats or plots on the Marg Groups.

Brett Steele is the director of the Architectural Association School of Architecture and AA Publications in London. He is the founder and previous director of the AADRL Design Research Laboratory, a collaborative and network-based M.Arch program at AA.

Steele's interests include contemporary architecture and cities, architectural culture, and the impact of new media and today’s network-based distributed design and communication systems on architectural education.

In 2001, he taught a course on Brandspace: Increasingly, architectural space operates as if an image; a media product, an entertainment vehicle. Produced, maintained, circulated and exchanged as a commodity – micro-designed with a molecular precision to create highly specific "experiences," emotional responses on the part of those who confront its smooth surfaces. Accordingly, architects’ current design theories have come to be aligned, more than ever, with strategies associated with other forms of product design, placement and packaging.

Brett Steele has taught and lectured worldwide, and has published widely: he is the editor of Negotiate My Boundary (2002), Corporate Fields (2005), D[R]L Research (2005), and Supercritical (2008). He edits the Series AA Words: Critical Thinking in Contemporary Architecture, and AA Agendas. Steele's articles, interviews & lectures have appeared in numerous specialized and general media. For the 2002 V2_ publication TransUrbanism, he published the essay Transitory Image Spaces: Urbanism 2.0.

Sakthivel Ramadoss: I booked Bayview plots on August 2012 and planned to register on Oct 2012.....When I asked for registration, I came to know the Bay View project waiting for DTCP approvals since Aug 2012.....Why you posting and cheating others?....I am fedup with the poor attitude and response of such a big company.Marg is not responding or keeping its promises. just posting like this stupid things.
