Individuals who volunteer to serve on committees and contribute to the decisions affecting the students and families of TUSD should live within the district boundaries. As volunteer members of the Governing Board ourselves, we are required to live in the district we represent. This gives us a direct connection to the children and families that are affected by our decisions.

What a novel idea!

Got a favorite word, or words??

#wordsmatter
A friend recently asked me what my favorite word was. I had to confess that I didn't know. This was distressing because I so live in words that you would think I would know which was my favorite. But, like children or bicycle...

Overmorrow!

If you're not hearing the opposition to yet another tuition increase it's because you're not listening!

What about lowing the salaries of Administrator??
What about getting the sports programs flowing in money to chip in??
What about pushing back on the dufus of a governor and legislature??

Republican Legislators come to mind ...
Why do we enjoy learning? Is it because we actually like the process of learning, which often involves a struggle and occasionally requires failure, or i

love it!

What an absolute ass and embarrassment for the State of Arizona.  It's just more of the same spread-the-hurt philosophy of the Republican Party.

I wish the friends I know who claim to be Republicans would take back their Party!

Thanks - interesting article.  I know an individual addicted to alcohol.  He had a fabulous job and was sought out in his industry, loving wife and kids, more money than I ever made, and family that was supportive despite his problem (abundant forgiveness and encouragement).  Pretty nice cage if you ask me.  Not saying this theory doesn't fit some but like any theory it is not one-size-fits-all.

Android Lollipop is well begun, but clearly half done. Check out and see why we think Google needs to improve with its latest operating system.

More of the same from Republican legislators.

The House on Wednesday with little fanfare passed legislation that would protect major donors like the Koch brothers and Tom Steyer from having to pay gift taxes on huge donations to secret money political groups. The legislation, which now heads to the Senate, is seen by fundraising operatives as removing one of the few remaining potential obstacles...

Throw all the bums out.  There are Democrats who supported this and huge liberal donors who will leverage it.  Where was campaign finance reform when all branches were held by democrats for 4 years?  This is a problem with politics in general - not just a Republican idiocy.

As usual, rather than compete, Micro$oft will choose the path of evil.

Microsoft has founded or funded a cottage industry of splinter groups to go...
