I went here for the first time last night and it was superb. The service was great. The assistant manager visited and brought us small samples of a couple things. The food was "to die for" -- Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin == amazing Chicken Parmesan == very good Cavatappi Amatriciana == delicious I'm sure dessert would have been great, but I was far too full to even attempt it I will DEFINITELY be going back again

Employee issues right now, go to the Carrabba's up north if you're craving Italian. We had an inexperienced, nervous waiter who couldn't stop talking long enough to get an answer to his question, a hostess with an angry face and a manager that will make us go to the Carrabba's up north from now on. So my wife asks for a straw because the waiter put a straw in my glass but not my wife's glass(we both ordered iced tea) and the waiter says to us "Sorry, my manager says I'm not allowed put straws in the glasses unless the customer specifically asks for a straw". Which is the same reason he gave us for having to ask for bread with our tea. A couple of minutes after being served my soup a woman appeared out of the blue startling me as I was taking a bite of of my soup and stood at our table and after an uncomfortable pause she says to us "Hi, I'm one of the managers, if you need anything please let me know" then disappeared just as quickly as she popped up. The final straw(pun intended): This same manager came outside to tell my wife and I that no one can smoke within 25 feet of the building. Which, if there weren't a bench and cigarette receptacles there, might make sense. Even had it made sense, the current employee issues(bad attitude/poor service), don't warrant going to this restaurant right now. We have been going here for a long time and have never had a bad experience and we enjoy the food so I hope they get the problem solved soon.

I really wanted to give a good review, however there is no way I can possibly do so. First impression was not the best. The hostess was not happy or cheerful. Our waitress started out great and ready to get us our drinks as soon as we sat down. I really had my heart set on the lobster ravioli, until I was informed that it is frozen. The lasagna was recommended by the waitress, she stated it was the most popular. While we waited on our food a basket of bread was brought to our table. It also contained a nice energetic spider. At least we found some up beat energy in this place. The waitress who came to take away our infested bread was not very nice about it. The manager came over to let us know that he inspected the basket and did confirm that there was a spider in it and that he threw away the rest of the box that our bread had come in. Nice to know that not even the bread is baked here. Next came the lasagna. It was horrible, reheated mush. Way to much cheese, over cooked noodles, and watery. There is nothing Italian about this restaurant. Fine dinning usual implies that the food is actually fresh and good not microwaved crap.

Great food and attentive service. I have been going to Carrabas for years now and I have never had a bad meal or bad service. Finally time to give them a shout out for the best calamari I have ever had in any part of the country! I would eat here every night if I could afford it!

I have tried most of the Italian restaurants in town and this is my favorite! All menu items I've tried have been great. The service has been good every time and the staff seems friendly. The food is a little pricey, but well worth it for an occasional outing.
