This was not only the absolute worst, tasteless, slimy, Chinese food I have ever eaten, it is easily the worst FOOD I have ever eaten. The orange steak look liked wrinkled up pieces of Steak Ums. The chicken was chewy and stringy and was either overcooked or sat for days. The fried wontons were nothing but little rubbery cat turds the size of a dime surrounded by the shape of a fried wonton. I would not wish this restaurant upon my worst enemy.

The worst Chinese I've ever eaten. I ordered crab rangoon which had no cream chese just chunks of crab and were burnt. I order general tso chicken and what I got was not even close. It was super salty and the chicken was over breaded and soggy.

You know that saying you shouldn't order a steak at an Italian restaurant. The same is true of Vietnamese at a Chinese restaurant. I saw the write up in CP magazine in Pittsburgh. I was stoked to see something of interest in my area. I'm a long time pho enthusiasts. Me and my wife went on a Sunday at 5pm. I ordered the Pho Bo (which is the only option of pho in beef (what happened to Tái, N?m, Bò Viên etc)) and my wife ordered the Bun Ga (Chicken). The Pho broth was some what bland (instant?, I don't know) It didn't have that rich well cooked smell and flavor that I was looking for. The noodles weren't soft, they were the wider noodle and not the square. The sliced onion was almost raw. But most of all the meal was missing the cilantro/basil (I've seen many variations), lime, fish sauce, sugar, pickled jalapeños and the chop sticks (I had to get up to ask for them). My wife's dish was decent and had much more flavor than mine. She says it wasn't up to par, but that might of been the mood after my presentation. I don't know. I wanted to give the Chinese a try, because a good Chinese place in the area is also amazing!! So we grabbed take out also and had it for dinner. I had the cashew chicken and my wife had the sweet and sour chicken..... The Chinese was decent and I would order from their Chinese menu again. Although my chicken was pink? (don't know what thats about) The Pho, for enthusiasts is sub par and for first timers it's a bad experience. Try Pho Ming on Penn Ave for your first time and be the judge for yourself. Other wise the service was decent with interesting atmosphere and the place filled up quick, it must be a local favorite.

We eat at MeLyng's frequently. I order Chicken with Cashew nuts all the time. Sometimes I ordered the Orange Shrimp. I'm not too crazy about Chinese or oriental food but I love those 2 dishes. My husband likes some type of lobster dish they have - I think it's lobster paradise.
