BLOOD MOON

I shot this sometime around 2-3am this morning in front of our house. I couldn't find my tripod so I had to use my car's roof that was parked outside. Lucky that I was still able to capture it.

HAVE A GREAT EVENING/MORNING EVERYONE! :)

Hi friends,

Need your suggestions again. :) Would like to know a place where me and my family can visit this spring break that I will enjoy(landscape photography, hehehe) plus the kids will enjoy(activities). As much as possible, I'd like to stay within U.S.

Right now, I'm thinking Tennessee. Oh, I'm in Chicago and weather is not ideal right now. LOL. :)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Thanks,

Neil

HORSESHOE BEND
Day Four of my #fivedayblackandwhitechallenge

One of the best nature landscapes I've seen. I was really scared to stand at the edge of the cliff but I needed to, so I could capture the dark blue-green horseshoe shaped river.

It's not the DRM reader which I thought. I did a lot of testing about a month ago as well. It's the shape. I scraped all the writings on the k-cup and it still worked!

The video indicates to place the top edge of the round cut-out rim at the 12 o'clock position. The KEY is to make sure a piece of the rim is under the rectangular opening (see video). When the Keurig 2.0 lid is closed, a sensor comes down over the rectangular opening to read the color label of the rim. THAT is the key area. I made the video so ANYONE can do it without having to worry about aim, etc.

Hi folks, in case you wanted to build an underground lawn sprinkler system the cheap way, I'm sharing a video on how I did it.

"Anything that excites me for a reason, I will photograph. I do not search for unusual subject, but rather, I make the commonplace unusual..."
Introduction
My passion for computer science started when my brother brought me to his work at Data General. I was only 9 that time. I still remember the reels but I really don't know what they were called. He saw that I was very interested, he bought a Radioshack TRS-80 computer for me. I got more interested into it after watching War Games. I started developing basic programs trying to mimic what the modem was doing in that movie.

In college, during my last days(presentation of work to pass college), my work was awarded as the best thesis. I wrote an antivirus program along with disk tools.

I got into Linux so much in 1994. I started with kernel 1.2.13, Slackware distribution. It was a pita to install since we make our own bootdisk. During this year, I became so interested in security/hacking after my slackware box got owned due to an imap vulnerability. This was the start of the year I became addicted to white hacking.

The skills I accumulated over the years lead me to job/work I really like. I read lot of books regarding different technologies. I made my own server farm to simulate how internet apps work. Learned so many things especially programs that ISPs run to support thousands of users. I was always on irc specifically on EFNET channel. I still connect to it. I'm always hungry for learning new stuff.

I love developing programs, either in Microsoft or Unix environment. I love breaking things. I love to push things that are not meant to be that way. I would just try anything. That's how I am.

Anyways, for my pasttime, photography is one of the things I love doing. Nature/Landscape photography is what I love most. However, I also like chasing storms as well as macro photography.

Another thing I like doing is making timelapse videos. You can check few timelapse videos I made via my YouTube link. I also developed Timelapse Calculator which will allow you to easily figure out how long the scene is going to be and how many shots area needed.
