High Ropes Courses Changing Lives?
High ropes courses are not only a fun experience for families and children but several governmental systems are finding the benefits of rope courses to extend to quality reform.
For instance, the Juvenile Justice Services Facility located in Las Vegas, after a 15 yeah hiatus installed a new state of the art ropes course. The county commissioner states that the rope course is a team building tool, "You cannot just go up there and do it by yourself. You got to have some teamwork and trust the people you are doing it with."

Family court judge, William Voy who assisted with the unveiling of the new high ropes course stated the courses importance for juvenile reform, "You get two rival gang kids, on the streets would want to kill each other. You bring them out here and you make then work as a team. That is really cool to see that happen.”

It’s really cool to see how ropes courses can bring together rivals and serious change a person’s life.

Rock Climbing Terms to Know

Knowing and understanding key rock climbing terms can mean the difference between life or death in a rock climbing and/or bouldering situation. As early climbing season is now upon us, I found this article from Roxy.com to not only features some amazing pictures of professional rock climber Sierra Blair-Coyle, but also some key boulder terms to know.

To add to that list, I wanted to mention three climbing terms it is always important to know. Words such as “Belay,” “Downclimb,” and “top-out” are all important to climbers and before hitting the rocks or even the indoor climbing wall, know your climbing jargon. Known these terms and others will add the assurance of safety to yourself and the climbers around you.

Chinese super-buses
Take a look at this amazing public transport solution - it's a bus network that drives over the top of the cars on a slightly modified road. Here's a fascinatiing public transport idea that we've never seen mooted before – giant super-buses that roll on stilts on small tracks between lanes of traffic. So they roll over the top of stopped traffic, and when they stop to let passengers on and off, they don't interrupt the flow of traffic below.

Seeking Glass Explorers: goo.gl/PbKWr

Last year we showed Glass to the world for the first time - we jumped out of airships, crashed New York Fashion Week and even took a ride on the subway. It’s been an exhilarating journey so far and there’s a lot more to come, but we can’t go it alone. We’re developing new technology that is designed to be unobtrusive and liberating, and so far we’ve only scratched the surface of the true potential of Glass.

Now we want you to get involved and that’s why today we’re expanding our Glass Explorer Program. We’re looking for bold, creative individuals who want to join us and be a part of shaping the future of Glass. Glass is still in the early stages, so we expect there will be some twists and turns along the way. While we can’t promise everything will be perfect, we can promise it will be exciting.

We’d love to make everyone a Glass Explorer, but we’re starting a bit smaller. So, if you want to be one of the first Explorers, go to www.google.com/glass/start/how-to-get-one to find out how.

Great day for football! Lots of passion and excitement to watch.

As a business owner I have to say that #Instagram 's new policy is a direct violation of artistic freedom. Shame on them.
