Computer Courage consults Bay Area business executives on system design, budget, and project management to deliver fit servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, telecom, vendor options, company policy, security, and managed IT service.
To this end, I lead a team of four technicians to plan, deliver, and support IT systems for a portfolio of over 150 small business clients, operating at $40K monthly capacity.
As the glue, I provide system administration for client Windows Servers and server applications, Windows and OS X workstations and applications, Cisco firewalls, Google Apps, hosted Exchange, and other systems.
Finally, I collaborate with the CEO to improve operations, maintain quality for clients, and plan strategy, services, and systems to develop and track recurring revenue.
