Many of these films are and deserve the title Epic. They were made during a time when you had to build grand sets and get hundreds and hundreds of extras to fill the screen. You don't see this type of movie anymore. Partly because they would be too expensive to make and partly because CGI has blunted the majesty of an epic shot (if I can shot a scene in a studio in from of green screen and extrapolate it out to a miles wide battlefield with thousands of people doing their own activity, it just doesn't scream epic scene). There is also a prevailing mindset of having movies being less than 1.5 hours.

+Armoured Skeptic I agree with having to raise minorities up from an early age. I believe in the axiom that it takes the passing of the ruling generation for true change to occur because the young are more open to new dynamics than the older generations who have become set in their ways. However, there are groups within these groups that are 180 degrees opposite to this stand. For example, in many urban settings black students are peer pressured to remain ignorant because to become educated is to become the white man's lackey. And speaking proper English is "speaking White". Race baiters thrive on this and in many ways reinforce this line of thought to continue their power and gravy train. So while I believe there is a majority of people who want to fill in the divide to bring all people together, there are a few that keep tossing dynamite in the hole to keep the races apart for their own benefit.

My hypothesis for this email writer at the beginning was possibly a non-English speaker/writer and they were using a translation program to convert their text to English. However, by the end I was disabuse of this notion when he equated the big bang to two asteroids colliding. So now my hypotheses are either Poe or idiot and I am leaning towards both (a Poe idiot).

Should have collected police identification. Then when he goes to court he can get them on hot seat for not enforcing a court order. So unless the court order says that the father is only allowed to pick up his child in a car that has an ignition interlock, the cops have to ficilitate transferring child from mother to father for father's visitation. They don't get to add other conditions onto the transfer. And if they want to follow him and run a traffic stop on him they can, but they better have a good reason, if he is within compliance with the law to avoid a possible harassment lawsuit.

I would assume you approached channels 4, 5, 7, and 25 with this footage. I am sure that the general public and Lynn residents in particular would have appreciated this information.

Could the news anchor be more cop biased on this story? "Haggled and harassed the cops for months" does really lend itself to objectivity. I am sure the cop watchers were a thorn in the police's side, but I would also assume that all contact with the police was instigated by the police.

My personal hypothesis for homosexuality is a natural birth control. I am talking completely without any evidence to support my assertion. However, I contend that homosexuality has always been a trait that has been found in our species genetically. Since this planet can support only so much life, it would catastrophic to reproduce without checks. As our population increases there are environmental triggers that will flip on this gene and start producing homosexuals in greater numbers. This has the effect of slowing population growth and even retarding it. However, we modern humans have figured out ways of restoring reproduction to the infertile and homosexuals thus sidestepping this hypothesis of population control.

If this is performance art....meh. If this is bullshit feminist propaganda, get a fucking clue. Because you are harming the actual victims of rape who have a hard enough time getting any actual justice without this equating every act "against" woman to be an act of rape.

Two points. 1. The argument of something coming from nothing as pertains to the universe is an argument from ignorance. We don't know what existed previous to this universe, but that doesn't mean there was nothing. All the matter and energy of this universe could have just been in a different form.
2. He tried an argument from authority when he pulled Newton out. Well Newton was a great scientist that discovered many scientific theories, but he also believed in alchemy. Also Newton was from a time when being a theist was the norm. If he had professed a belief towards atheism it would be an anomoly, so his professing a belief in a god isn't anything spectacular.

The sad part is this guy is a professor of philosophy. And should already know these are fallacious arguments as is his thesis about a belief in a god is rational.

I love how the "expert" claims fire breathing animals were due to the high respiration through small nostrils. Well, first since the breath exhaled is composed of high concentrations of Carbon Dioxide it would necessarily negate the fire breathing of said animal. Second, the animal would die of hypoxia if it were to move from a super saturated oxygen environment to a depleted one, long before there was a chance for hyperventilation. It would be similar to a human from sea level trying to live on the top of Mount Everest without a oxygen tank. There isn't enough oxygen to maintain life for long and brain death will occur.

A.S., You needed to have more conviction with your theist portrayal. I admit that the theist's arguments are usually ridiculous, but they have the balls to the wall attitude like they believe it is true. I kind of scoped out the April Fool early because of that. Good video otherwise.

A.S. Another great video of Josh asserting his bullshit claims. Also love the closing. I was literally rolling on the floor when your avatar walked out on the peabrain.
