Did these again last night with a bit of an Asian twist. Added 5-spice powder to the rub, then mixed teriyake sauce, ginger and sesame into my bbq sauce. Came out fantastic. And I have leftovers for today! Which took a lot of willpower.
One tip - after un-wrapping, bake for several minutes without sauce, just to 'crisp' them a bit. Then do the glaze-and-bake.
