A Perfect Experience – YES! I searched through posts on steakhouses in Myrtle Beach to determine if there was a best among the lot. While I found plenty to admire, at the end of a 6 day steak streak, I found it. I have never been to a Ruth’s Chris, I decided to take my family for dinner on our last night. We were tired of the Pancake Houses, fried food and paper baskets most restaurants offered. The All-American Wine List was brilliant, it was on a computer tablet which I have never seen before. The memorable meat we ate NY Strip, Bone-In Filet, and T-Bone were prepared to perfection and the Maine Lobster was delectable. The first-class sides and inviting backdrop of the water, sunset and golf course were perfect. Our service was the greatest we have ever received from a restaurant. The staff was attentive and sensitive to our needs. The sociable Maitre D came to our table several times, in which I found out was the General Manager. They thought of everything, the waiter gave my daughter a DVD player so we could enjoy our dinner. Thank you for making our last night perfect – The Greer Family

SO SORRY FOR THE LONG REVIEW! I have not had service thus far at Ruth's Chris. I am a Culinary major who not only critiques food rather positive/negative. Presentation is by far the most important part of my meal then taste to follow. I have attended the TASTE OF THE TOWN for the past 5 years and I am always Beyond Excited to experience Ruth's Chris! Never a disappointment! Ruth's Chris has been referred to me by CHEF CARMEN CATINO, PASTRY CHEF LINDSEY MCINVILLE and CHEF WAGNER. So tonight, Saturday March 12th, my sweetie and I have decided to have a lovely evening at Ruth's Chris and I am more than positive that our experience will be worth the 5 stars that I have rated. Will be giving another review following tonight's experience. #Excited

We worked with Sean Fallan for a corporate luncheon. He was accommodating, professional, and friendly. We would absolutely recommend working with Sean and the Ruth's Chris's staff for any type of corporate function.

My husband and I went for dinner last night 8/14/16. We had a 8:30 reservation under Rinaldi. The adventure started where I sat 20 minutes with a watery glass of tea with NO ONE offering a refill. I ordered a 16 oz rib-eye cooked medium well. The waiter Charlie served it to me burnt. I told him it appeared burnt and he said it was crisp. The edges of the steak crumbled in your hand it was so burnt. I told him I was not eating that. We also ordered roasted brussel sprouts that you could not even cut with a fork they were so hard. A lobster tail that was so tough you could barely chew it. The manager came and said he could not believe that Charlie served that steak to me like that. My husband's steak was ok, other than swimming in grease, not juice. It definitely was grease. The waiter Charlie was non -existent during our meal. I had to ask another waiter for a refill. The manager brought my new steak to me, I cut into it and it was red, at that point I was done. I told the waiter the meal was horrible. He said nothing and walked away. I was so very glad that we were not celebrating an occasion. The manager came over and I explained that the food was terrible and Charlie's service was horrible. He said he would take those items off the bill. This meal was so freaking terrible and that waiter Charlie was just not there, anyway we ended up paying $63.00. The waiter Charlie came back with the receipt for my husband to sign for the payment, he laid it on the table and didn't say a single word. He sure didn't get ANY tip either. We have eaten at this restaurant in Cherokee, NC and it was amazing!! This was our most horrible restaurant experience EVER!!!

Awesome place for date night or a nice dinner with family! Best steaks I've ever had. They melt in your mouth. We threw my mother in law a surprise party here and were incredibly pleased with the accommodations! We had a party of 40 people and it went so smoothly and effortlessly. They went above and beyond to make the event special. It was well worth the money. We are so glad we chose this restaurant. She will never forget it.

Hands down the best steak I've ever had in my life. Our server, Bart, made the evening memorable for my wife and I. Parking can be a bit of a hassle here but they do offer valet. This is a wonderful location for that special night. Just be sure to make a reservation.
