This review is rare and contrasts from what we hear on a daily basis from our customers. ( The frustrating and interesting thing about reviews is out of 1000 HAPPY customers, only 1 takes the time to write a good review, but it only takes one customer to have a bad experience to write a review. ) Let me address some of your points directly.
1) We just replaced the indoor saw dust recently, so it is more aromatic with a fresh pine scent. It used to be a manufacturing/industrial facility fyi. We use sawdust as it is anti-slip and cushions your fall and does not get you as dirty as sand/mud. 2) We reserve groups in 3 hour periods to ensure that everyone gets a full 2 hours of playing. We do this to the minute, and sometimes we even give a little more. 3) In the two hours you do go through all of the courses. If this was not the case, there was an error made. 4) Sometimes it does get hectic, due to the popularity, and the lineups do sometimes require some patience. However, to be fair to our customers, our lineups are only at the start and are not even close to the waits you would find in theme parks.
