Thanks for sharing Matt. It's an important lesson for web admin teams - you need to understand the implications of everything you put on your website. Often there is a lack of understanding of cause and effect, usually down to poor training given to people doing the admin. I advise all my Clients to have a standard process for writing, uploading & sense checking content (product and non-product) with a criteria checklist that has to be met. If the criteria aren't met, the content doesn't go live until the issues are resolved.
