You know you've come to the right place when you hear a repeat customer say how great the place and the people are! I took my car in on a Saturday to have an axle replaced and asked that the recent check engine light also be investigated. It was discovered that I had a bad O2 sensor so Nick and Glen ordered the sensor and had that installed as well, AND in such a short amount of time that I canceled the rental car I had anticipated needing. Great customer service, my car is running wonderfully, and I would absolutely recommend AAMCO Roseville to my friends and family. =)

Everyone that I interacted with at AAMCO were very professional and thorough. My transmission is working great! The timeliness of service and cost was projected accurately. I also received daily updates. The only recommendation that I would make is to improve their after-hours drop-box. Something that was secure (vehicle key) with a card to be filled out with appropriate information would be nice. Job well done. Thank you.

Nick, did a great job. My rebuild took more parts and labor than the initial quote, but Nick worked it out so that AAMCO took the loss and I was charged the price of the original quotation. The car runs like it was new. I AM VERY HAPPY and will return if I need help again.

I recently had a situation with my 01' Mercury Sable, took it in because it simply would not start! When I finally got it to start, took it in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Didn't get it back until the next Wednesday, but that was because it started FOR THEM over & over, so they couldn't find the problem. Well, it turned out to be the fuel pump, which they got me a good deal on and we ended up paying a lot less than anticipated. Although, I had to keep calling them Nick & Glen were very curteous and helpful. I think I will take the car in again for care because the overall experience was very good!

On my vist to AAMCO wasn't really satify with the outcome as I was charge for getting my car back without no difference from the time. I took the car in as I don't think that I should have gotten charge at all the $215 dollars as my car wasn't fixed. The Mechanic came back to the front and acted like he knew what was wrong, but he should have known before having me come back and spending the extra $215 dollars this was robbery. If he was a good mechanic but reach in to take the $215 dollars from my pocket, I would have to make another trip to get the car fix for another $500 dollars more, while sweating on the hot days with the windows open and the windows are down driving with no way of being cool in my car. Yes, I think I was made a sucker by that mechanic that should have told the people up front that the compressor was crack before having me come back and still leaving the place with my broken car which nothing was fixed as they said they would. I paid for myself to drive away with a broken car still. Not really satify and still sweating with the hot air flowing through my car. Rate this with one star the people up front were ok and cheerful. I don't think the five stars were at all what they deserve and I don't love it, if I am still sweating in my car and the car is still broken.

I was very pleased with Aamco's service. I have an old Dodge Grand Caravan with about 160,000 miles on it. I Don't want to spend a lot of money to keep it going. I had a check engine light and I knew the code was related to the transmission. On Sunday I made an appointment online for Monday at 8AM. They diagnosed it for free, called by noon with the estimate which was reasonable and they had my car fixed and ready to go that evening.

Glen, Nick, and the AAMCO guys did a great job on my Dodge Ram 1500. They found the problem, got it fixed, and did it all when stated on time. There were no "hidden" costs and they were very fair on pricing.
