Worst service experience in 50 years of owning cars. Went in for leaking seal on rear axle of my GMC Sierra, ended up with burnt out bearings (2x) replaced rear end and GM parts from independent non certified GM mechanic who had no problem doing job correctly. Owners acknowledged mistakes but were unwilling to compensate me for damages resulting IMHO from poor service department. Avoid.

Terrific. When I arrived paper work had been filled out, and I was called later in the day when the work was complete. Shuttle service worked great. I will let you know of any problems after we drive car for a bit, but so far so far so good, thanks
