Love the soundtrack for this. Where's it from?

My jazz education was during that era, so screaming trumpets and funk clavinets are dear to my heart. Thanks!

I think this may be their most sophisticated and harmonically complex piece; it's certainly their most jazz-influenced, and showcases all the stuff they did best: clean brass ensemble playing, close vocal harmony, and their ability to turn on a dime between different styles: straight rock, free jazz, Beach-boys style harmonizing...that close-harmony ninth chord at the beginning still gives me goosebumps when I hear it.

I love this Arp 2600 patch to death. Still keep trying to find a way to duplicate it.

Thanks for this. The manual leaves out that critical bit of needing to shift the assembly to the left to get the grille to come off. (If you have the model with the flap over the grille that tilts open when the vent fan is on, it's useful to pull it open when reinstalling the grille assembly; otherwise it's nearly impossible to line up the tabs that need to go into the slots on the front of the main unit.)

+SPSN Very much so. I've blogged about the exact steps too just to get it out there some more.

No more informative than reading the manufacturer's blurb, really.

Replacing handle: Replace/Upgrade your Shower and Bath Handle

Once you have the hand off, removing the plate and escutcheon is easy. Use a knife to cut away the old caulk, loosen the screws, and you should be able to just pop it off. I had to use a rag and my adjustable pliers to remove the old escutcheon (the cylindrical trim bit that covers the part of the valve that sticks out into the room).

I had the old Price Pfister Avanti octagonal plate, which this doesn't work for, but Home Depot has a replacement for it that works fine.

I didn't think to make a video, sorry. :/
