Hi Kylie, I'm very sorry that you've had this experience. My team actually called to tell me this happened as the other client that you were double booked with - replied to her confirmation text and having a letter N in the response meant that our automated system read it as a No and deleted her appointment. Then the girls booked you in. I don't mean to make excuses, just to explain how this has happened.
I did leave you a voicemail as I wanted my team to see you tonight and we could have, although it would have been 20 mins later which isn't ideal. I am sorry that you haven't had the chance to experience our hair services in salon and that you did experience this admin error.
