Four Seasons Yoga, LLC
7160 Miramar Rd #116, San Diego, CA 92121
I tried out this studio with a monthly unlimited groupon pass. I'm 2-3 weeks in now and I've gone to 3 different teachers and styles of yoga (vinyasa, gentle hatha & ashtanga). I've had a great experience here- all the teachers are knowledgable, super nice & have everything I look for in an instructor. (I went to Maureen, Jenny & Atsuro) I highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a great yoga experience. The classes are a good size and the atmosphere is welcoming & calming. And there is always available parking.

I have to say, one of the biggest reasons why I really like this studio are the instructors. I have gone to other studios where the instructors do the same moves every time, but here they keep me interested- teaching new poses every class, focusing on different body parts & introducing new sun salutations. If you're looking to learn yoga, improve in strength, balance & mental peace then this is your answer :)
Quality Excellent

Although expected this is awful.
Eyeless shrimp and fish with lesions are becoming common, with BP oil pollution believed to be the likely cause.
