Our guides were fun loving, conscientious and professional. They took excellent care of my two very young children and my retired dad. All of us had a great time both on the water and on the swing-set back at the base after the trip. I disagree with reviewers who disliked the food. I felt like the food was a nice bonus. I mean, it's a tubing co, not a restaurant and the prices are very reasonable. We will be returning several times a summer for years and years to come.

False Advertising to say the least! I had purchased a Groupon after viewing their website. There they advertise that they have 4 lanes, great for all ages. They lie. They have 2 lanes 'great' for all ages, one not even constructed lane, and one kiddie lane good for children under 3 (any older you'll probably break it). The 'special material' that is 'just like snow' is so torn up you get stuck halfway down what they refer to as the 'mountain'. I have a steeper slope in my backyard. However the strategically cropped photos give the appearance of that before mentioned mountain. Their "tasty hot food" is worse then the cafeteria food I used to experience in school. When I approached the owner about my experience, I was shocked at how rude she was. I told her that after driving an hour and a half, for what online appeared to be something fun for us to do, I was incredibly disappointed in the kiddie park (that's how it should have been advertised as). I mentioned the fact that the website says they have 4 lanes good for all ages and was informed that their brochure has it printed right as only 3. Again, I let her know I live an hour & a half away and asked her where I would have gotten a correctly printed brochure. She said at the front desk. She made no attempt at apologizing for the run down kiddie park sham she is running. Obviously we won't be returning, even when we have appropriately aged children, and I'd recommend not going even if you live 5 minutes away.

Website made this look like a great a great snow tubing destination for me and my 11 year old son. When we pulled up I felt like we had arrived on Green Acres, where's Hank Kimball? Id suggest this activity for very young children only.

Our family of five had a great time on the river. The water was clean and clear, and not more than three feet deep. It took a bit of paddling to stay in the right place. The guides were funny, friendly, and took great care of everyone. They were very kind to the children who needed a little extra help. They provided tethers for parents who wanted to stay connected to their children's tubes. We took the two-hour tubing trip, but at least a half-hour of that time was spent on the bus and getting in and out of the water. We wish we had taken the three-hour trip.

I drove over an hour to get to this place. I waited in line to buy tickets for 15 minutes only to find out that they had another massive line of people hidden behind a fence. We waited over 45 minutes in line while we stood in water not snow. We rode down a tiny hill that wasn't even covered in snow. This is definitely not a mountain. My daughter wanted to leave after one slide down. A tank of gas, a Saturday, and $45 dollars wasted on this place. I would of tried to get a refund but that line was almost another 45 minute wait. Don't waste your time with this place!

We had gone to try their river tubing on the Memorial day weekend. It was mismanagement all throughout. They left an hour later than promised. The earlier group came back much later. One gentleman was very angry with them because apparently the tube of his wife and kid had deflated in the deep end of the river. Since we were getting late, we asked for a refund and they thankfully gave it to us. Not recommended on a busy weekend.

Run down school buses, guys sitting around a picnic table staring at you get out of your car, and tubes that have a bunch of patches... thats what you get. And for all this you can give 22.50 a person (To float) and then they want to chage 10 dollars for an infant that is simply going to be carried the whole time... I think not.
