Don't buy their Groupon! Salon Juno doesn't honor their Groupons. I mentioned I had a Groupon when I made the appt. which you're supposed to do. No problem. Then when I was sitting in the chair at the salon, I again made sure the stylist knew I had a Groupon and I'm soooo glad I did. The stylist said they wouldn't accept the Groupon, but that they would honor the price I paid and I could get my money back from Groupon. I said I wasn't sure I could get my money back and then I'd be paying twice for the service. She tried to convince me that I could get my money back from Groupon. I get the feeling they're trying to get around whatever fee they have to pay when someone uses a Groupon. If I hadn't mentioned the Groupon before the keratin treatment, it would have been much more difficult to deal with. Do you just hand them the Groupon and leave? Or are you pressured to pay them? Glad I didn't have to find out. I said no way was I going to pay them and hope that Groupon gave me a refund. I don't trust Salon Juno when it comes to money and I'd never let them touch my hair.
