Stuart is in his first year of the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Studies with us. Having come to BCA following GCSEs at Furze Platt Senior School in Maidenhead, he’s worked his way up through the Level 2 course and is set to leave us next summer with his extended diploma qualification.

A keen player of badminton and table tennis, both in and outside of college, Stuart dedicates much of his spare time to practice through enrichment sessions three times a week in college time and training time with his coach most days.

The hard work has most definitely paid off for Stuart. In the 2015 World Transplant Games, held in Argentina, he won the gold medal in table tennis. In addition to this, last summer in the the 2016 European Transplant Games in Finland, Stuart came away with an incredible three bronze medals in badminton.

Congratulations, Stuart! What an amazing achievement.
