I had visited Snooze on Colorado Blvd in Denver once before (months ago) with a friend. We got seated fairly quickly and the staff during that time was very friendly and helpful. During that visit I ordered the lox egg benedict and several different pancakes. The taste of it all was delicious and have been wanting to go there again. Yesterday I decided to share the delicious experience with my daughter. We arrived at 10am and it was packed. Although we were hungry and it was a 35 to 45 minute wait time, we decided to stay as we didn't have anything else planned for the morning. Then, I noticed that the two women that arrived 15 minutes after us got seated first at a small table. At this point I was getting upset as we had arrived first. I'm not sure how the seating works at this place, but it's unbelievable that the two of us waited longer but got seated after these other two women. When we were finally called to be seated, the staff member was unpleasant and she offered us the two seats at the breakfast bar near the front entrance. I don't mind the breakfast bar, but wanted a table so that my daughter and I would be able to talk with less surrounding noise. I asked for a small table and was rudely told it would be another 10 minute wait. I was about to mention the other two women getting seated first, but at that moment a small table in the back opened up for us (ironically next to the two women). My daughter and I did enjoy our delicious breakfasts. However, I'm most likely NOT going back to the Colorado Blvd location due to the unpleasantness and poor attitude of the front staff yesterday, and the seating times being very inconsistent compared to the other great breakfast places. Breakfast meals are great, but front staff needs re-training on customer service and seating times should be more consistent with arriving parties. Overall, disappointed.

This place serves one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Everything is not only tasty, fresh, and high quality, but everything is unique with their own spin! Try the hot chocolate... Quite different. As for the food, you can't go wrong. Keep in mind that there's always a wait (even mid week) but so worth it. The staff also was great.

The pancakes are great and come in an array of flavors, but the wait is ridiculous. Even on weekdays you can easily wait half an hour. They also don't accept call a heads or reservations

There's a bloody mary with Thai chilis and fish sauce; absolutely worth it. Solid black coffee and the food was terrific. Be careful of the long lines. Take a walk down Pearl Street to kill some time while you are waiting.

There are many places to get brunch or breakfast in Boulder, but Snooze is one of my top three places to go! The flavors they have are more unique than your average breakfast/brunch place. The place is alway's packed and is a testament to their service and food. They have excellent service, and provide text alerts for their customers waiting, which is awesome because there can be up to an hour wait. The food, even while busy, comes out in quick time. I definitely like to check what special pancake they available, because it's generally going to be a unique and interesting flavor profile. My only complaint would be the fact that the wait times are regularly really long.

Super long lines in the morning. Their eggs benidicts are to die for, really great and unusual combinations and flavors.
