Best breakfast of my life. Get the flight of pancakes and try a few. My Americano was on point and the servers were awesome. The banana Nutella situation is some kind of amazing French toast. The sausage and hash Browns are not to be overlooked either.

There aren't enough good things I can say about Snooze. Everything about this place is incredible. The staff is great: from the hostess to the busser to the food runner, to our waitress, everyone was friendly and helpful. It was horribly difficult to decide what to order because everything looked so good. We settled on the pineapple upside down pancakes, sweet potato pancakes, caramel apple pancakes, blueberry danish pancakes, chilaquiles benedict, and breakfast pot pie. Everything was amazing. Hands down the best pancakes I've ever had. Even without all the toppings, which were delicious, the cakes themselves were still the best I've ever had. We went back the day after our first taste because we couldn't get enough. The worst part was we had to go back to Nebraska where Snooze doesn't exist yet. Please expand to Nebraska!

B.E.L.T. Sandwich, Corned Beef Hash and a spicy Bloody Mary! Amazing food! I wish I could take it back to MN with me! Thanks Snooze!

Excellent experience dining at Snooze! The wait staff is phenomenal and very accommodating to parties with children. This is always our first choice for brunch in Boulder.

I've only gotten one thing from here and it is pancakes. So delicious! You have the option of getting just one pancake, which I didn't know the first time I went there, since the pancakes are huge. There is always a wait here, no reservations, so come early or at least don't come hungry. They also allow dogs on the patio. What I ordered: - Blueberry Danish pancakes Pros: - Location on Pearl Street - Patio seating - Dog friendly Cons: - None

Feeling rushed in the morning to get a quick breakfast, we were reluctant to concede to the twenty minute wait. But to our betterment, the beautifully sweet and spunky staff convinced us to at least give them our phone number so they could text us when a table was available. After going for a brief walk to observe their competition, we decided to loop our way back towards Snooze. Just before arriving we received the text! Our table was ready and an adorable hostess with dreadlocks escorted us. Soon after our server, Sophie, insightfully helped us place our order. It found it's way to our table and soon after our to our bellies in a timely, and deliciously remarkable fashion. After being completely satisfied, the manager, Rivers-who is certainly to blame for the staff's relaxed and congenial attitude-came to our table to inform us he was so happy about our decision to come back that one of our meals would be on him. As you might have picked up by now, we highly recommend this to be your choice for a Boulder breakfast.
