If those that obsess over the scale would obsess on how much they love themselves I think there would be a lot more success with body image!

Client: I am in my 20s I don't look like him (talking about before and after picture on the wall)
Me : He experimented with nutrition and followed guidelines to a t.
Another client says: I am experimenting with oreos:)

Side note oreo client can do an amazing cartwheel

i found Jeremy about three years ago when I was struggling with knee issues. I had made a promise to keep playing basketball until I was 50 and that dream was slipping away. Not only did Jeremy help me strengthen my core so I could continue to play, I am actually able to cover guys half my age. My new goal is to play until I'm 60 so thanks Jeremy! Tom

Jeremy is a knowledgeable and trustworthy trainer who I would highly recommend. He is a great person who cares about each of his clients as individuals. Workouts are always geared toward individual needs and abilities. Jeremy pays attention and is always worried about his client's well-being. I am getting great results with Jeremy even though I am spending less time working out than I ever have. I have gone from working out 4-5 times/week for 1 hour to working out 2 times/week for 30 minutes. It has reduced my stress level and I have so much more time to spend with my family and friends. Jeremy has also played a significant part in rehabbing my chronic back pain. He suggested stretches, changed exercises in workouts, and was constantly monitoring my progress.
