I find it rarely mentioned but surely the biggest benefit of code reviews is knowledge share. If nothing else happens, that is still an immediate and fundamental benefit. We have these huge process like scrum / agile but all they really come down to is forcing better communication and interaction between team members. </randomramble>
I'm a hard-core wiki markup user in Confluence and I've been using the new editor (no more wiki markup) in the upcoming Confluence 4. I am surprisingly tamed and quite impressed with what the folk at Atlassian have done with it. I think they've finally nailed the one thing that hindered adoption with some.
