I have put together a portfolio of my rain garden projects on my website. Check it out. http://www.kevinsraingardens.com/portfolio/

Also, I was featured in a Crain's Chicago Business article that talks about cool ways to handle stormwater. (Including reusing foreclosed basements as rain gardens!) You can read the article here. http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/20140823/ISSUE03/308239993/one-solution-to-flooded-basements-foreclosed-homes#

I will be introducing these rain garden thresholds to the Dupage County Stormwater Officials at their next meeting this May.

Eliminating the barriers for the implementation of rain gardens is necessary if we want to see rain gardens make any kind of measurable difference, and these thresholds aim to accomplish that.
