PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
🍯 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
🍯 3 tbs ground flaxseed
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🍯 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
🍯 3 tbs dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
🍘 Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 🍘 Roll into 10 balls - 1 tablespoon each.
🍘 Refrigerate to firm up balls, overnight for best results.

How to Make Raw Onions Less Sharp:
🌱 Soak cut-up onions in vinegar for a few minutes before using to cut the sharpness.
🌱 If they're for a salad, soak them in the same vinegar as the dressing.

🌰 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
🌰 Spread the nuts or coconut evenly on a baking sheet.
🌰 Bake, stirring a few times until browned.
