I think this is one of the biggest or at least busiest Mcdonalds in the world ,it sure seems that way, set on 42nd street between such tourist attractions as Madame Tussaunds wax museum and Mary Poppins.
Walk through the door and you'll see a long counter about 8 registers deep, each with its on line, service is pretty quick, the only thing holding up the lines are the Patrons themselves, like one mom who wasn't happy with the toy in her child's happy meal, or language difficulties as the whole world comes to Time Square and by extension to this Mcdonalds, you might be on line with Japanese ,Germans , Italians etc. and none of them speak english, there are menus in all various languages which they hand to the tourists, and all this makes the lines go slow, but once you make it to the front of the line ,your food will arrive quickly.
plenty of seating, there is even an upstairs level with extra seating.
Place has a bathroom which is one of the few in all of the Time Square surroundings, not very big, for the men, one urinal, one stall, so you can imagine, but they keep it very clean, since they seem to clean it every half hour or so.
In the summer they have an outside walk up window to order at, if you'd rather do it that way rather then go in and enjoy the air conditioning
