@harvard biotechnology & informatics researcher Hanif Benoit used the @liveathos to measure muscle activation with a set of 10 regular push-ups compared with a set of 10 #CoreFlyte push-ups. The Core Flyte set increased overall muscle activation from 52% to 80%... With 20%+ increases in pecs, lats, delts, traps, & triceps.
