TGIF! Start your weekend off on the right foot with these delicious sandwiches. Turkey? Yes. Bacon? Double yes! Guacamole? Heavenly! Is there really a better trio out there than Turkey, Bacon, and Guacamole?

The answer is no :)

I love breakfast tacos! These from Heather Christo look amazing!

Breakfast Taco time ladies and gentlemen! Soft corn tortillas piled high with fluffy scrambled eggs filled with tons of cheddar, green onion and freshly chopped jalapeno peppers is amazing as is. But then add black beans, fresh avocado, pico de gaillo and cilantro and just fuggeddabowdit.

An Oregon Girl Taking a Bite Out of Kentucky
Introduction
I'm a 30-something food-lover, devoted to my family and fur babies. I love to be in the kitchen, I love everything about trying new flavors and foods. I graduated from college in 2005, and went straight to work for a large corporation. After 6 years of climbing the ladder, I realized that wasn't what I wanted my life to be. So here I am! In Kentucky, in the kitchen, and loving life.
