My son is very shy and reserved. The staff are all super friendly and patient with him. They always say Hi to him when he walks in and walks out. They will also tell me stories about his day when I pick him up. He can be difficult but he grew to love his teachers them and is excited to go.

Absolutely wonderful! My son has been attending creative kids for a while part time. They assisted in his potty training and he caught on in a matter of months. Being that he is part time, they still allow me to be flexible with my scheduled days I bring him, so if I have a appointment that I cannot get on one of his regular days, or if something comes up last minute, I am not penalized, and I can bring him on a "off" day. This is the first Daycare I have been a part of that will allow me to do this. The facility is clean, and the workers are clean, and do not look like kids just got out of school and are stamping their time card. (I am sure those of you who have had children in day care know what I am talking about there, when you pick of your children normally in the evenings) Which is normally a issue with daycares that are affordable.

My Son started attended this location about year ago and all i have to say is wow !!!!! Overall my Sons attitude has change so much from being very shy around other kids, to wanting to make friends with everyone. He has such a positive outlook on learning new things from writing to his reading skills. Whenever anyone is looking for a preschool for their children, i highly recommend creative kids on sahara and ft. apache to all.

When your child is called a peanut butter a''hole from a staff member than you know all the smiles are not real. Some of the staff is very inexperienced with how to handle the diverse situations that can occur with kids. My 4 year old who never been to a day care before attended the facility on Ft Apache. Now he can be stubborn at times and I acknowledged that and told them that he had never been to a day care before. When he got fussy(as kids do) and didn't want to take a nap one day. I was told by a staff member that he didn't want to take a nap and was jumping around. I was accused of his behavior being the result of some kind of psychological issue like perhaps a split personality or he is being around someone at home that is mistreating him or exposing him to the wrong things. I'm thinking.... what? Really? Because he didn't want to take a nap? If every child who acts up has a split personality or is being abused, than we'd have a lot of people with split personalities running around. Get real. My son was called a "peanut butter a''hole" from one of the staff members. His father and I had to google the term to get an understanding of what it meant. My son was very upset. I mean really a staff member calling a child a homosexual derogatory term. Really ? Be careful of what your child experiences when you leave them, ask them questions and get to know the full names of the staff because you can take your child out of a facility, but that particular staff member can end up working anywhere in the future. I fell for the reviews of the "happy" parents, but really any friend or family can post a review of a business to puff it up. Don't just look at the good reviews and think that that will be YOUR individual experience because you can be sorely disappointed like I was.

I have my 2 little ones here (5 year old daughter and 3 year old son) and they love this place! The staff are very well spoken, unlike a lot of the other daycare/preschools in the area. They are very close by my home, they also transport my daughter from and to her school in Summerlin, which many daycare's do not offer. The facility is always clean, and my kids are always happy. The teachers care for the kids very much and it shows. Nichelle, the director is always professional and kind, as well as Mandy, Yvonne, Maggie, Naira, and Karen.

I learned of creative kids because I had purchased a groupon for them. I am glad I did. The staff is very friendly and I trust that my 3 year old is in good hands. They work with you and your specific situation. I appreciate that they actually care. My son has a blast there. He has learned a lot since starting pre school. He has made tons of friends and the thing he often says to me when I pick him up is " Mommy, I had fun with the kids!" All of them know my son by name, and I love it. I would recommend sending any child there, as they are a great bunch of people. :)
