I went in for PinPointe laser on my toenails a year ago. Dr. Burakovskiy is very nice as is the technician and both seemed determined to get rid of the nail fungus. He said that he would keep treating the nails until they were healthy, mine were apparently stubborn so when I went back in for a follow up treatment he said to come back in 3 mos if it didn't seem better. He introduced me to a patient and said it took him awhile to get rid of his and it might take me awhile too but he assured me it would happen especially with their 'new laser' they just got in. Well after 3 mos they didn't seem much better so I called to go back in and the receptionist said no, that I would have to pay another $350 if I wanted more treatments claiming I hadn't been treated with the new laser but I was told I was being treated with it. Of course she wouldn't let me speak to the Dr. and said she asked him and he said no which I know is a lie. It's been a year now and my nails are worse, they are splitting down the middle, I have to keep tape on them so they won't catch on my shoes or socks, under the nail they are brown and soft and have a terrible odor. I'm so disappointed I had hoped their 'new laser' would work for me but it made things worse. So when they say the success rate is high, I think it was 90% .....I would question that statement.

Having just moved to the Seattle area I was referred to Dr. Burakovskiy at Advanced Foot and Ankle Clinic by Evergreen Hospital. I was in excruciating pain after tripping on the stairs and was so thankful that the front desk was able to squeeze me in same day as an emergency. My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't have to wait a minute longer to be seen by the doctor. The digital x-ray was very clear and showed me exactly where my fracture was! During the appointment I learned that there is a treatment for the discoloration on my big toenails, who knew I had fungus! The treatment was simple, pain free and the results were amazing! I would recommend this clinic to anyone for any type of foot care. The doctor is excellent, very skillful medical assistants and the rest of the office staff was caring and didn't treat me like just another patient who walked in the door. They all truly care about their patients and are there to help. By far the best experience in a medical office!

Dr. Burakovskiy is one the best podiatrists whom I would trust with my feet anyday! He is very patient and understanding and is willing to hear you out to make sure you are comfortable and fully satisfied with your visit. When I told him about my foot problem, he instantly knew what the cause was and the solutions for it! He was really helpful and made sure that I knew how to prevent the problem from reoccuring or worsening in the future. The doctor is a highly educated professional who knows what he is doing and does it with superior quality. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have had toenail fungus for a long long time. I was excited to try this laser treatment to fix the problem. The first time I went in the technician seemed to be paying more attention to the tv then she was to zapping my toes, and if they linger on one spot to long it hurts. You also get sent home with (toenail polish, shoe spray, and sample/prescription to apply on your foot -40ish dollars total I think). I followed their instructions and after 6 months I didn't really see a change. I went in again for the next treatment (750 total for both treatments) and they seemed to think that my toes were lighter and not as thick (Not sure if they got the fact that I had trimmed them back before I went there... ) They had a trainee do the procedure, took less time then my initial visit, and now I was required to wear tinted glasses this time around? The nurse also kept trying to get me to buy more of the at home treatment things and I declined. They mentioned I would need to keep coming in every 3 months and the fungus would go away eventually. Each visit would only cost me 250 dollars... The doctor is really nice, I wasn't a fan of the office staff/nurses. Needless to say I won't be coming back and I would not recommend this office.

The Dr here is very pleasant and reassuring. I underwent laser treatment on my toes and have had two treatments so far. The doctor says I will probably need a "booster" in six months. The laser seems to be very effective. His staff is cordial though I'm not sure everyone is thoroughly trained in the laser technique. I will go back because of the improvement I have seen in my nails.

Dr B is awesome, they were very flexible with my schedule, and the dr even stayed late so he could fit me in. The location of the clinic is in a great area with lots of good places to eat and when the weather is nice you can walk along the pier and look at the boats and water. I'm very satisfied with my choice in Dr's.
