+Richard Dixon is thankful that there is no such warning bell outside the little boys room. His ears would never stop ringing.

Yeah, yeah. The PS4 is entering the final phase of it's cycle. Thank you Mr Obvious. Read this article, at the bottom Kodera says this:

"Regarding PlayStation VR, Kodera said that while the platform continues to sell, the growth speed of the market as a whole is lower than predicted. From now on they will aim for healthy growth with a more realistic outlook."

That right there is the kiss of death for PSVR. Yes, VR uptake overall has been a disappointment. What "more realistic outlook" means is that sales of PSVR specifically are awful.

I refused to buy into PSVR at $400+ because I just didn't think Sony would stick with it. Given this statement I'm glad I waited for $200 sales. If this becomes another dead product littering Sony history $200 hurts a lot less.

This news is a few days old, but if you're in the US and have been taking advantage of the Best Buy Gamer Club, your time is about up.

And with no 20% off competition, I doubt Amazon sticks with their plan for long.

Both on my original purchase date and on my one renewal I covered my $30 two year fee on the day that I signed up. Which is part of the problem.

This really needs to be said; if you have an Xbox One and a computer, you can play your games anywhere in your house.

I started Firewatch really late last night and wanted to finish it today. I also couldn't use either TV that my Xbox One consoles are connected to. I got my laptop out, plugged in my controller adapter and finished up from a quiet corner of my house away from all the action.

I appreciate what Steam is doing with Big Picture and the Steam Link, but the primary difference here is that this just works. No hassle getting it running, no problem keeping it running and the experience was silky smooth.

This is horrible news. A reminder that we never know how much time we have left. Be good to yourself, and be even better to those that you love.
