Yeah. Sochi dogs arrive in Washington DC.  A positive point being made to institute better population controls instead of massing killing street dogs around the world. 
Animal rescuers say 10 stray dogs rescued from the Winter Olympics host city, amid reports that Russian authorities were killing them before the Games, have arrived in Washington D.C., where the Washington Animal Rescue League is coordinating their adoption

Yes, I thought about how many dogs are here without homes and will be put down.  Still I see the point they are trying to make.  These people need to take some action right here in the USA to stop the mass euthanasia of companion animals.

Please consider taking action by calling your Illinois state congress person to say you OPPOSE SB 648.  Years of progress could be rolled back if this passes.
