Comic Shaun:

Comics are so weird. Some of these characters are so ridiculous, it's a wonder they were ever created in the first place.

This is oddly one of the most soothing articles on writing I've read in a while. Fountain pens...WANT ONE NOW!

Interesting list of stuff worth adapting. What would you add?

Podcast Shaun:

This is for the late night crowd. We're trying to raise $500 for charity by offering up a podcast review of Batman v. Superman, which is on our "banned list."

If you can, please donate to Human Rights Watch or a charity of your choosing (anywhere in the world, local or global) and send us a confirmation.

If we hit our goal, there'll be some golden comedy in your future!

Book Shaun:

I'm a huge fan of Sherman Alexie, as I'm sure some of you are. He has a new short story in The New Yorker. Give it a read!

And if you haven't read Alexie before, you can start here or go read his novels, which are fantastic!

Interesting list. Of course, classic Batman is on there, which is one of the most ridiculous things to ever exist. :P
