On Saturday October 30, 2015 my friend and I took his son to ride go carts all day. After driving 3 hours one way to get there we find out that 2 of the tracks were closed. According to the staff we were told they were not open due to being understaffed. If tracks are going to be closed then it needs to be listed on the website. We checked before coming and none of this information was posted. Some of the worst customer service ever. Hopefully this review will help others. I will have to think long and hard before going again.

Fun for all ages. My girls 12 and 6 both had a blast. Park was clean and not as run down as others stated. Go cart were fun but the attendants were hard to understand and did not monitor people bumping into other cars which is unsafe and can cause injuries. Overall a great experience

Go somewhere else to ride go carts. This place seems like a good deal on the surface but the carts are in awful shape (look like they haven't been painted or cleaned up in a decade or more) and are pretty slow, especially if you get a bad one. The Smokey mountain speedway is supposed to be mini NASCAR and you have to show your drivers license to ride (and wear a nasty helmet) but those carts didn't go any faster than the other carts at the place so it was very disappointing. Also, the mini golf course is a piece of crap as well with no upkeep in years. Bottom line: unless you want to spend your afternoon with a bunch of redneck NASCAR fanatics riding old, worn out go carts, I'd stay away. NASCAR should be ashamed to put their name and logo on this place.

The other people who rated this place poorly evidently just take A LOT to be satisfied. When you take into account the other go-kart options in Pigeon Forge, the NASCAR Speedpark is an awesome value! We took our 6 sons & one daughter a played for hours! You pay on one gate admission fee & once you're in you can drive as many tracks as you want as many times as you want! There's a selection of things for the lil kids to do too, the help is a little light-handed in this area, but if you talk to the attendants & ask them to run a different ride for your kids, they're happy to oblige. Didn't find any of the attendants to be rude like other reviewers have said. Plus, they played contemporary Christian music which was a great bonus for our family, as that's our favorite genre! Overall and excellent price with lots of options to choose from for loads of family fun!

The last time I went was about 14 years ago, I remember having fun so I didn't listen to all the other reviews and went anyway. It was terrible, almost seems like they did 0 maintenance since I went 14 years ago..... I bought the tickets only to find out afterwards they are understaffed and the rides we came for weren't being ran, but we tried to go and have fun anyway. 2 out of the 3 tracks I road I got in a go kart that could barely stumble it's way around the track. All in all the best part of the day and the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars was because they gave us a refund after an hour and a half of trying to make it work. Save your time and effort, go some where else.

Total waste of $20. Carts dont even do 15mph, they close the main track for no reason, and they gouge your wallet on the food. Even the indoor simulated racing is closed due to "copyright infringement". If you come here on vacation, try the go-karts farther down the road.

While the value is good, north or the staff are from another country (which is fine) and couldn't speak good English and were very rude. Their was a jamician sounding guy at the first ride that was so rude I wish I had complained to the manager. And the go karts are in really poor condition. They are old, nasty and flithy! I would not go back but try another one. It appears that the owners don't care about the quality or up keep of their business. Would not recommend!

Worst mistake of our 4 day trip. $22 + tax and the $.43 donation I made without being asked made it and grand total of $25. Putt putt course was terrible, carpet coming up, none of the water active, the clubs had Sharpe metal exposed. Also, you spend $25 and then drinks are $3 a piece and food is $8 or more. Nothing in the arcade area is free. Go karts, well for starters it took 1.5 hours to get through 2 go kart lines. The adult karts you have to wear helmets and they aren't even cleaned after each race, yuck! Avoid this place like the plague.
