I had to pay for my first oil change (was not happy) b/c I was above the 20% oil life. Went a few weeks ago with oil life above 20% and had the oil change done for free per agreement purchase and Moses went back and had my first oil change reimbursed through warranty. I appreciated this and will probably take my vehicle back beyond my next 3 free oil changes. Was impressed by how they took care of me.

Bought a used 2008 Cadillac CTS with 78k on it July 2013. End of July it says it needs an oil change despite having one at 78k on the Carfax from Moses. They just reset the light as they're confident the changer only forgot to reset (I later end up needing to add 2 quarts of oil). In August the alternator and battery went out. While it's parked at my house to figure that out, it gets about 4 inches of water in the front passenger floor well from a bad sunroof seal. They agree to fix the sunroof seal on their own dime, I pay for half parts on alternator and battery and my part will be approximately $208. Go to pick up the car and they try to charge me approximately $270, have to argue with them but eventually they concede. April 2014 my brother notices rust above my passenger wheel well. I take it in and they say it's not their problem and it's out of warranty. According to them there's 2 fixes: one is a bandaid that'll last a year that's cheap and one is a panel replacement which is a few thousand that'll do it right. I track down the previous owner who said he traded it in with that problem and they had to fix it before they could put it on the lot. So apparently they put the bandaid fix on it and neglected to put it on the Carfax but did put the oil change and inspection. Upon presenting the email from the previous owner stating the problem they replace the quarter panel. July 2016, 102k on the car, transmission begins slipping suddenly one day. Make it in to nearest service station who read the codes and say I almost assuredly need a new transmission and they can do it for $3k in a few days. Call Moses and they say I may just need a gear or two and need to get it in there so they can diagnose it. I ask what the worst case is if they have to replace my transmission "$2400 for parts and 5-10 hours of labor at $100 an hour". So I think worst case I end up paying $400 more (total of $3400) for dealership to handle it. Get it towed from Teays Valley to downtown at 4pm on Wednesday. Thursday morning get a call at approximately 9 am it needs a complete transmission because it's burnt up but not low on fluid, it'll be approx $3980 for the job. The $3400 worst case estimate was apparently given by a phone woman who had no clue and is getting fired and there's no way they can do it for less than $3980 and i'm welcome to have my car towed somewhere else per Bill Loudon, the manager. Edit -- Since posting my review exactly 2 weeks later they got 3 new five star reviews!

My experience at Moses was very good. The salesman did an outstanding job. All other areas I experienced were great.

Fantastic Service. The BEST Service dept. that I have ever been to.

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Two different occasions and both were major fails. Once it was over a low pressure tire light on. I checked the tires three different times and took my Cadillac SRX to a local tire service center and they could find no issue. Brought it to Moses and the first thing the service rep says is, "if we find a plug or anything like that we can't help you." He didn't say let us take a look or anything of that nature that would be appropriate for a customer. I could go on about this first experience for hours, but I think you get the picture by how this appointment began. I left Moses, where I purchased the vehicle, and took it to another Cadillac dealer who corrected the issue without question. Second appointment, which leads me to believe I purchased a lemon, was even worse. My Cadillac just began shaking violently when returning home one evening. The drive was so harsh I parked the car immediately and contacted Cadillac service and had them come tow the vehicle to Moses which was 55 miles away. I spoke to the same service rep, Allen, now I would have to write an entirely separate review for this incompetent bozo so let me stay on track. By the way, Allen is the same guy I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the first time. Anyway, Allen says it's a valve issue and it would take 4-5 days. No problem there as they gave us one of their courtesy vehicles. 4-5 days pass and we don't hear from anyone. On the sixth day my wife contacts Allen and he says, sorry ma'am I was on vacation all last week and "they" ordered the wrong part. Now this was the rep assigned to my vehicle to oversee the work and customer service. We were not notified our rep would be gone nor of any wrong part being ordered. Allen would take no responsibility for this. He now says he has to re-order the part and it will be another week! Well, the week passes and I receive an automated message indicating my vehicle is ready for pick up. This is where it gets good! My wife has to leave work early to retrieve the vehicle because they cannot accommodate people who work. You must be there by 5:00pm or come another day. My wife told them she could make it by 5:30 because she has to drive 55 miles, remember, to pick it up. So what says Moses, come before 5 or another day. My wife leaves work early around 9:00am and contacts Allen, oh boy, and let's him know the situation and she would have to return to work immediately and for him to be sure the car is ready. Lo and behold, when my wife arrives the vehicle IS NOT ready although we both received messages stating it was ready for pick up. Allen says it will be just a few minutes, like that's ok considering we received messages stating it was ready, and proceeds to go in the back service area. ONE HOUR later he returns and says your car is ready like we should excited. My wife pulls out of Moses lot and two blocks away the check engine light comes on! The check engine light has never been on since we've owned the vehicle. Only after we picked it up from allegedly being serviced by these master Cadillac technicians. She returns to Moses, now completely late for her return to work, and let's Allen know the issue. She informs him she cannot wait and must return to work. She tells him to keep our vehicle until the issue is corrected and re issue the courtesy vehicle. Allen informs my wife the courtesy vehicle has already been issued to another person and it would take half an hour to get another one. Unbelievable. My wife contacts her work to let them know the situation. I drive the vehicle when I get home from work and it sounds like a dump truck and the check engine light is back on. I've purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS and a 2012 SRX from Moses and they've lost my business for sure. I will take my vehicle to another Cadillac dealer again. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place.

We have had our car into Moses about 3 times. Service now seems to be much better than before. A loaner was provided when they had to keep our vehicle. Great people is the answer.

Amazingly fast service. Had to have a water pump replaced. Called in the morning, dropped off at 1pm, and pulled outta the garage at 3pm. Repair covered 100% with the premier extended warranty coverage, which i now strongly recommend. Service manager Greg is great at his job.

I purchased my first brand new vehicle in April 2014. The salesman and finance department were both amazingly helpful. I absolutely love my 2014 GMC Terrain. In the 3 months I have had it, I have already put 6,000 miles on it so it required the first maintenance. I easily scheduled the maintenance online, received a reminder phone call and when I dropped it off I was very pleased with the staff. They gave me a ride to my work and confirmed when it was done. I was surprised to find a shiny clean vehicle when I picked it up as well!! Very pleased with Moses Downtown!!!! I highly recommend!!
