It's been 11 days since I received my uleFone Vienna and I am unable to keep the phone operational for over 48 hours.

After initial configuration upon arrival the phone lasted +- 24 hours until it gave the error "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped". I had to to a factory reset via recovery in order to get the system functioning again. This second configuration lasted less than 24 hours until the same error occurred again.

At this point I was forced to go back to my previous mobile phone and waited a couple of days to pass and see if there was any news about this issue on the social media. Could not find anything about it neither any complaints regarding the same issue.

Yesterday I was able to find a website that made the ROMs for this phone available "http://www.needrom.com/category/ulefone/vienna/". I downloaded and installed the 'Official Update' ROM version dated of 05/12/2016. Went through the several hours of configuring and installing all the apps and after having all that done the phone just throws at me the same error message.

For a new phone I find this extremely annoying and stressful and I would like to have some feedback as to how to deal with this.

P.S.: The recovery options (menu) are all in Chinese which makes it even harder to try to fix this on my own. The only option I manage to more or less understand is the factory reset since it mentions 'eMMC' as part of its name.
