What an amazing place to eat for such a low price. The quality you get for what you pay is hard to beat. If you do not want to eat inside, just walk one block south and you'll hit a park. Very relaxing place! Just don't feed the lone pigeon that scouts the area for Romados, his entire family will fly in out of nowhere and sing until you feed them more haha. Also, they accept both debit and cash - no credit. What a great place to be. Would recommend it to anyone!

Quantity: 6 stars. Quality: 4 stars. Overall: 5 stars. They run out of food fast. There's a parc nearby to eat if it is packed.

These guys are great. I stumbled on this place while in Montreal for a bachelor party last summer. There was a big EUFA game on at the time so they had a tv set up outside with a tarp. The owners treated us as if we were guests in there home. They brought out some complimentary potato ball or meat ball type appetizers a couple of times. I ordered a few chicken sandwiches for myself as did all of my friends. The food was incredible. Thanks

Street food in its true sense. Portions a re huge and quality is great. The buzz and process to get your order around lunch time is also quite interesting. The best portuguese chicken in Montreal.

Walking back to our Bed and Breakfast late at night, we passed this bakery. A large shelf, laden with small tarts, caught our eyes. The next morning, on our way out of town and back to Massachusetts, we made one stop and purchased a box, choosing one or two of a few different things. The tarts, queijada de natas (I learned the name from an Azorean friend) were fantastic. Actually everything we bought was devoured on our five hour drive home. Each item had the perfect balance of flavors - not too sweet - just right. The pastry was flakey, the bread (which lasted another day) made fabulous toast. I am now searching for a similar bakery near Boston. Until then, I'll be thinking of this special bakery in Montreal, and planning my return.

The best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. I dream about this place, and it is the first sandwich shop I visit in Montreal. Don't expect a chicken sandwich on Sunday though, this day is reserved for full and half-chicken orders only.
