Loved it!! For A long time I have refused to eat at Ruby Tuesday's. HOWEVER, a friend took me there a couple of months ago. WOW!! First, the Greeters have big smiles and are very friendly and aim to please. First sight is the BEAUTIFUL salad bar with a big variety with FULL bowls and fresh crispy lettuce and cold salad plates. They keep it full and fresh. I have been there @ 10 times in the last two months. Every experience has been perfect. It stays busy no matter what time of day, the service is great and the restaurant is clean (including the bathrooms) All the food has been wonderful, however, that salad bar is outstanding. Every waitress, has been great and continues to keep check and be available (without interrupting your conversations!!) Thanks Ruby Tuesday! I am a Fan!!!

We had a very nice meal at Applebees right down the street. I Recommend going there instead since we could not get service at Ruby Tuesday. We sat there 10 min watching other people get served after arriving to their table after us. We could not get anyone to our table for service not even as much as water. Sad thing is they were not even busy. Manager should be more aware of what is going on. I felt like Applebees appreciated the money we would have spent at Ruby Tuesday. I selected food poor since I didn't get an opportunity to taste it.

Every week night, this place is packed with international business travelers. Not because RT is awesome or anything (it is above average for an RT), but because it's the only thing near the dozen hotels here. Put a Chilies next door and this place would be almost empty. put a proper independent restaurant next door and they'd be out of business.

I did my last update on my phone, witch I hate to do for this very reason. Ever since I downloaded the update my maps have been all screwed up.

I do like a nice salad bar, with fresh looking and tasting choices available, and with a nice variety of items - the one here fits the bill. When we walked in there for lunch today, there was no one in the front of the restaurant, customers or staff. After giving my best Seinfeld impression of "The Voice" - Hello! Hello!, an employee came out , and we were seated. The Hostess wandered in about 15 minutes later, guess she thought it was Monday. The Salad Bar was fully loaded and ready. There was a nice variety of greens - lettuce, mixed, and baby spinach. In addition, to the normal veggies, there was chopped ham, chopped egg, fresh bacon bits, pasta salad, and potato salad. The salads dressings, there were 5 or 6, all looked nice, and The Blue Cheese and Ranch were very good, fresh tasting. Bread was available with the trip to the salad bar, but we passed - "being good" is what Alice terms that. The trip to the bar, as often as you wish, will run you $7.99. The service was nice and friendly, and the only down side was the same hostess who was late, also insisted on placing every in the same small, central area - with the entire restaurant open. Never have understood that mentality.

After trying all the other Ruby Tuesday(RT) locations in Greensboro, and being really disappointed with poor service, we have found the location we will use from now on! From the greeting at the door, to the goodbyes at the door, this was a great dining experience. The hostess greeted and seated us promptly. Our waitress was Toni and she made sure we didnt want for anything during our meal. She is the BEST! We sat in the bar area and normally I dont care for that, but the atmosphere at this RT location is one of the best of any location I have visited. This was a Saturday evening(01/07/2012) and, luckily, we beat most of the crowd, but the staff kept things moving and they seemed to really enjoy their job. The manager was clearly visible the whole time we were there which is always good in case of a problem, but I think this RT really has it together and will be the RT we visit regularly. This RT is also in a great location just off I-40(exit 110) and adjacent to many hotels. Note: If you sign up on thier website, you get coupons for deals all the time which makes it another perfect reason to go to Ruby Tuesday.

Ruby Tuesday has great mix and match options for lunch and dinner. They have an amazing salad bar with great croutons and sliders and soups to go with it for one low price. Great dessert choices and entrees that don't drain the bank account.
