I've never had a bad experience here. Maybe it's the attitudes people bring into the clinic that make it bad for them. In my 6 years of going there, I've only had one appointment stuff-up and that was when they were upgrading the computer systems. But it was sorted, so no harm. The staff can be busy, but I've seen 20 or more people in the waiting rooms and the phones constantly ringing, yet they still manage to get through everyone. All in all, I find it very positive.
