Best flaky crust experience you will ever have. They make piroshky here which are basically just bread with ingredients inside of it, sort of like meat pies but they can put anything in there and they do. The best part is ingredients that you think would normally not taste good taste great, like chicken rice and mushroom, or cranberry apple and mozzarella. Try it this place is awesome.

I came in as a skeptic but believe the hype!!! The smoked salmon pirohsky sell out every weekend before noon for a reason.. It's sooo gooood. Don't lag and keep it in the bag for long. The pastry will be soggy. Yes, you can take a quick pic but wait no longer!! Take a hearty bite and incorporate the salmon pate that might've sunken to the bottom. I had a 3 month break with smoked salmon after foolishly trying to scarf ayce down at IKEA, but baby, I'm back! I got the mushroom with chicken pirohsky and it was pretty good as well. Their bread is buttery and flaky but not overwhelming. MMmmMmm I will wait in long lines for you!

What a great, unique restaurant! We had the cranberry apple and mozzarella, mushroom and onion ones. Both were tasty, but especially the cranberry apple. The bread had so much flavor, that it would have been good enough without any filling.

Had a few items here and was not terribly impressed. I have eaten a fair amount of Russian food so I may just be a bit picky.

My number one favorite pastry spot in the market! I would stop in here every day on the way to work for a marzipan piroshky every day if I was not trying to stay fit. :)

Ahhhh, these flaky baked goods were not what I was expecting from Piroshky Piroshky. For some odd reason, I thought they sold Polish pierogis and that Piroshky Piroshky was just a cutesy name. Oops! I was taken aback when I saw the contents in the glass case, but I ordered the most popular savory items anyway. It was way too greasy for my liking, and it's hard to eat while walking through the crowded market. Perhaps I should've stuck to my usual sweet item, instead of opting for the savory. The line is long, but it moves quickly, so if you really want some Piroshkys, just wait.
